MRS. KATE VAUGHN
GLOUSTER--Mrs. Kate Vaughn, 84 of 63 Madison St., died at 11 p.m. Thursday in Shiltering Arms Hospital, Athens. She was born in Canton. Her husband, Harry Vaughn, died in 1960.
She was a member of the Glouster Church of Christ, Pythian Sisters Lodge and Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Louella Noon, Columbus; Mrs. Dorothy Vernon and Mrs. Mildred Harrison, both of Glouster; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, John Hinton, Glouster; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Morris, Columbus, and Mrs. Mary Johnston, Glouster.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Glouster Church of Christ, with Don Seevers officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends may call after noon Saturday at the Van Fossen Funeral Home.
