Olga (nee Znak)Sorochuk passed away suddenly February 5th, 1978. She was 63 years of age.
She is survived by a daughter Vera (Verna) Mewton, son-in-law Bill; 3 granddaughters, all of Richmond, B. C.; also 4 Brothers Dmytro, Fred, and Adam of Roblin, Man. and Jake Znak of Seattle, Wash.; 1 sister, Elizabeth Hazel of Toronto, Ont.; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Her brothers, Mr. Walter Sorochuk, Shirley Urbanski and Sylvia Purshega attended the funeral.
Olga was born in the Roblin District on April 4th, 1914.
She married the late Frank Sorochuk who predeceased her October 29th, 1969.
She moved to Vancouver, B. C. in 1945 where she has
lived till her passing.
Pallbearers were Mr.Fred Sorochuk, Fred Denesiuk, Peter
Adamoski, Mike Kozak, Jack Wilson and Danny Pearce.
