RESPECTED YOUNG MOTHER ANSWERS DEATH CALL

MRS CHRISTINA MURRAY SAGERS DIES
TUESDAY AFTER LINGERING ILLNESS
FUNERAL HELD AT NORTH WARD
THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

Mrs. Christina Miller Murray Sagers, wife of William J. Sagers, died at the family residence in this city last Tuesday morning, after a lingering illness of almost three years. Mrs. Sagers was born in Lincoln, Utah, September 24, 1889, and was 30 years of age at death. She resided in Lincoln up until 8 years ago when she with her husband an children moved to Tooele. Mrs. Sagers was the daughter of the late Alexander and Agnes Miller Murray. She leaves a family of four little children, Earl, age 10 years, Elbert, age 8, Leo, age 6, and Stanford, age 2 1/2 years. One brother and three sisters survive her, namely, Robt. Murray and Mrs. Barbara Windsor, of Enterprise,Utah an Mrs. Agnes England, of Tooele.
Funeral Services were held in the North Ward Church Thursday (yesterday) Afternoon, Bishop's Councilor Azile L. England, conducted the services.
The Ward choir rendered as the opening selection, "Abide With Me." Elder Alex J. Shields, officer the opening prayer. The second number rendered by the choir was the selection, "Sometime Well Understand." The speakers were Elders John A. Bevan, H. B. Haynes, W. H. Cassity and Pres. C. Alvin Orme. During the services solos were rendered by Mrs. H. H. Johnson, and W. Grover McBride. The closing selection rendered by the choir was "Shall We Meet Beyond the River." Elder John W. Tate offered the closing prayer.
The interment was at the Tooele Cemetery. Elder Moroni England dedicated the grave.

TOOELE, Feb. 20- Funeral services were held for Mrs. Christina M. Sagers, 3o years of age, who died Tuesday. Mrs. Sagers was born in Lincoln, September 24, 1899, and had Tooele her home most of her life. She is survived by her husband and for young sons. One brother, Robert Murray of Enterprise, and the following sisters: Mrs. Barbara Winsor of Enterprise and Mrs. Agnes England and Mrs. Maggie Smart of Tooele.
