Funeral services for Mr. William "Bill" Honshul will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in the chapel of Griffin Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Ball .

Mr. Honshul, age 66, of Pineville , entered eternal rest on Monday, September 3, 2012 at The Va Medical Center.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam war where he earned the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Good Conduct medal.He was a lifetime member of the AmVets Post # 7, where he served as the commander, a member of the VFW, and also a member of the American Legion.

He is preceded in death by his parents; James and Ophelia Honshul, brother; Herbert Honshul, sister; Barbara(Bobbie) Grider, granddaughter; Ashlea Richard.

He is survived by his loving wife of 12 1/2 years; Mary C. Honshul of Pineville, daughters; Stephanie Carson(Daniel) of Kinder, Mindy Smith (Chad) of Lake Charles.son; Joe Honshul of Ragley, step-sons; James Nugent (Angelia) and Brian Nugent (Tamara) of PIneville, brother; Roger Honshul (Willie) of Lawerenceburg, Ky, sisters; Linda Honshul, Ada Littleton, and Elizabeth Grider (Ray), 11 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Marion Polk, Robert Butler, Lonnie Dudley, Ralph Cook, Conrad Bouchard, and David Devine.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Charlie Henry, Dave Hodge, Taylar Kelly, Christian Carson, Devin Honshul, and Cody Nugent.
