Father of Sutton Editor Laid to Rest - Was 82 Years of Age.
SUTTON, Mar. 22 - The Rev. August Fischer, father of the Sutton news editor, died March 16 at the Sutton hospital after a long illness at the age of 82 years. He leaves his aged wife, three daughters, and five sons, Mrs. William Bradbury of Washington; Mrs. Jake Bauer of Sutton; Mrs. Ruben Anthes of Omaha; Simon and John of Sutton; Will of Oregon; Ralph of Colorado; Paul of Beatrice.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Grosshans Kohler Chapel conducted by the Rev. Mrs. Woerenberg of Harvard and the Rev. Mr. Schmidt of the Evangelical Church of Sutton. Music was furnished by M. V. Conn. Interment was in the Sutton cemetery.
