Mrs. Mary Ellen Fallon OBIT:
Mrs. Mary Ellen Fallon died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M.J. Enright in this city, Thursday, December 7, 1933,after an illness of several days. Mary Ellen Hannigan was born on March 25, 1856, in County Mayo, Ireland and was aged 77 years, 8 months and 12 days. She came to Holt County from St. Louis, Missouri in 1874. On February 11, 1871, she was united in marriage to John Fallon at St. Louis, Missouri. To them were born nine children, three of whom preceded her in death. Those living are: James of Chester, Wyoming; William, Frank and Mrs. M.J. Enright of O'Neill; Mrs. John Burns of Platte Center,Nebraska; Mrs. Julius Moeller of Leigh and one sister, Mrs. John Heenan of Omaha. Fouteen grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.The funeral will be held Saturday morning from the Catholic church at 9:00 A.M. and burial in Calvary cemetery. The deceased has been a resident of O'Neill and has lived with her daughter, Mrs. Enright for the past ten years.
