Mrs. Smith was born in Cleburne County, Alabama on June 29, 1913, the daughter of the late Jefferson Goolsby and Adelle Caldwell Goolsby.
She retired from Carroll Mills where she worked as a machine operator and was a member of the North Point Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, M. Gene Folds of Carrollton; 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Kay Folds and Leonard Smith; sons, Thomas Folds and James Folds, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Interment will be in West Georgia Memorial Park.
