Dorothea Beatrice Saul, age 93 of Harrison, Arkansas finished her journey and went to be with her Father in Heaven on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Hospice of the Hills Hospice House in Harrison.

She was born June 6, 1919 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Vern and Alice (McFadden) Penfold.

Dorothea moved to the Harrison area from Pathenon in 1964. While in Parthenon she and her husband, George pastored Parthenon Full Gospel Church of many years.

She owned and operated Dot's Pet Shop for many years after moving to Harrison.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Saul; sons, Donald Saul and David John Saul; three brothers, Don, Jim, and Marvin Penfold; and one sister, Gwen Berry.

Survivors are her sons, Eugene Saul and wife Louella and Tim Saul and wife Kathy all of Harrison, and Jonathan Saul and wife Jeanne of Russellville, Arkansas; two daughters, Barbara Saul of Tampa, Florida and Mary Heath of Lexington, Kentucky; three brothers, Bill Penfold, Tom Penfold and Richard Penfold; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Dorothea will be 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

There will be a Celebration of her life and of her homegoing 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Faith Assembly of God Church with Rev. Arlis Thrasher officiating.

Burial will follow next to her husband at Union Hill Cemetery with pallbearers being her grandsons, Danny Saul, Jim Saul, Kevin Saul, Richard Saul, Nathan Saul, and Jeremy Saul.

Honorary pallbearers are Vern Saul and Adam Heath.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice House, 501 E. Sherman, Harrison, Arkansas 72601 or to any Christian organization choice
