BLUFORD, Harry Morgan, 91, of Richmond, passed away peacefully, Thursday, August 30, 2012 at the Masonic Home of Virginia. He is survived by his brother, Robert Bluford Jr. (June); his nephew, Robert Bluford III; and nieces, Beverly Sensabaugh and Jeanne Bluford. Harry was born December 16, 1920 in Richmond, Va. to Robert and Elizabeth Bluford. He was a member of the John Marshall Cadet Corps. He volunteered for military duty at the onset of World War II and served in North Africa and Italy. Mr. Bluford was a member of Westhampton Lodge No. 302 AF&AM. He was a lifelong member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church where a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday. Family visitation will follow the service at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Historic Polegreen Church Foundation, P. O. Box 2111, Mechanicsville, Va 23116, the Masonic Home of Virginia, P. O. Box 7866, Henrico, Va. 23223, or Overbrook Presbyterian Church, 2605 Dumbarton Road, Henrico, Va 23228.
