Memorial services for Mildred Bell Williams Hennington will be Sunday, September 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be led by her grandson, Joe Hennington. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Per her request, her body has been donated to the University Medical Center Body Donation Program.

Mrs. Hennington, 90, of Quitman, went home to heaven, Tuesday, August 28. She was at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Clarke County on June 10, 1922 to Cyrus M. and Annie B. Williams. She enjoyed working in her yard, reading, watching hummingbirds and all music.

Survivors include her children: Nellie Harper (Charles), Chester T. "Buddy" Hennington (Rene), Thomas R. Hennington, Betty J. Hennington; daughter-in-law, Ruby Hennington; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandsons; brother, David L. Williams (Jane) and sister, Dorothy Jacobs and 2 grandcats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester D. Hennington; sons, Ronald L. Hennington and Billy J. Hennington; her parents, 5 brothers (Ralph, Cecil, Lige, Leroy and Max) and 3 sisters (Mary Grace, Christine, and Lou Alice)
