John Hylander, of Chicago, a former resident of Chesterton, was buried in Chicago last Sunday. He died at his home Sept. 19th, aged 68 years, 8 months and 5 days. Mr. Hylander was one of the pioneers of Chesterton, having resided here nearly all his life until eight years ago, when he moved to Chicago. He leaves a wife and five children, who deeply mourn his loss.
