Born in Clearfield, July 12, 1932, he was the son of Clyde S. and Mary Ada (Litz) Behel.
He was a member of the Clearfield E.U.B. Church, a veteran of the Korean War, an active member of the Clearfield Army Reserve Unit and a member of the Clearfield V.F.W. post.
Mr. Behel is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde S. Behel, Clearfield; a brother, Edward A. Behel, Clearfield; and his grandfather, Samuel H. Behel, Blairs Mills.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Leavy Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Rev. Homer E. Gauntt officiating. Interment will be made in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday after 7 p.m., Monday afternoon and until time of services Tuesday.
Full military services will be conducted at the grave side by the Clearfield V.F.W. post.
