Walter Bozell Dies Suddenly At Hobart Home
Walter Delmar Bozell, 55, brother of Herbert Bozell and Everett Bozell of Fair Oaks, died suddenly at his home in Hobart Saturday afternoon following a heart attack. He had not ben ill and not previously suffered from heart complications.
Mr. Bozell was employed at the National Tube Company in Gary and had made his home in the Gary-Hobart area for twenty years.
He was born in Columbus, Indiana May 15, 1907, and later made his home in Bedford in which city he was married. After leaving Bedford he established residence in the Gary area, where he had since resided.
Surviving with his wife, Virginia, are two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Richardson and Miss Laura Bozell of
Yrecka, California; his mother, Mrs. Laura Bozell, also of Yrecka; five sisters, Mrs. Paul Foster, Yrecka, Mrs. Harry Duncan, Bedford, Mrs. Jewell McGinnity, Gary and Mrs. C.A. Bringle and Mrs. Berty May Cordury, both of Edingburg, Indiana; three brothers, Herbert and Everett of Fair Oaks and Albert Bozell of Yrecka; a step-daughter, Mrs. Steven Tempe of Hobart, and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father.
The funeral services will be held from Rees Funeral Home in Hobart at 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. John B. Morrison officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery in Hobart.
