Robert C. Haulk, 69, Wilton, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2002, at his home.
Private family services will be held Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Unity Hospital Children's Christmas Fund.
Mr. Haulk was born on April 14, 1933, in Iowa City, the son of Robert and Florence Van Pelt Haulk.
He married Darlene Quinn on Aug. 25, 1951. She preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 1996.
He drove trucks for Hamp W. Poole and Roadway out of Rock Island, Ill., retiring in 1989. He was a member of the Teamsters No. 371, Rock Island, Ill.
He enjoyed fishing, cooking and especially his family. Survivors include six daughters, Terry Martz, Judith Rathjen and her husband, Gene, all of Wilton, Nancy Grage and her husband, Richard, of Durant, Debbie Schultz of Pasaroble, Calif., Cindy Nelson and her husband, Jeff, of Elgin, S.C. and Deanna Hurd and her husband, David, of Rochelle, Ill.; a son, Robert A. Haulk of Wilton; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a sister, Mary Bossen; a brother, Albert Haulk.
