William T. Young died Thursday, April 8. 1943, at his home in Dennings, aged 78 years. He was a son of the late John T. and Annie Young. He leaves his wife Leaher and three children: Clarence. Sykesville; Walter, Baltimore, and Frank at home; two grandchildren; also the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Thomas Franklin, Taylorsville; Mrs. Albert Lindsay, Gist; Washington and Theodore Young, Westminster. Funeral services were held Sunday, meeting at the late residence at 2:30 P. M., with further rites at 3 P. M. in Sam's Creek Methodist church. The Rev. James Richards officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. The pallbearers were: Paul Burier, Edgar Kiler, Raymond Flickinger, Walter Crawmer, Clyde Lovell, Edward Bowers and Harmon Arrington. C. M. Waltz, funeral directors.
