She retired as a librarian after working 20 years at the Circleville School Library. She was a cook for 16 years at the 4-U restaurant and also worked at Hanover Shoe Company in Franklin. She was a member of the Riverton United Methodist Church and attended Circleville High School.
Her husband, Robert Bruce Hinkle, preceded her in death on August 9, 2008.
Survived by a daughter Norma (Lawrence) Heinrich of Petersburg; a son Leland Dice (Kwang) Hinkle of Toney, AL; two sisters: Roberta (Quentin) Weese of Riverton, and Leva Harper of Warren, OH; four grandchildren: Christopher, Andrew, Selah and Vernon; and one great great grandchild.
Preceded in death by a brother Edsel Harper; and two sisters: Elsie Hinkle and Gae Nell Landes.
Services at Riverton United Methodist Church with Rev. Stanley Kile officiating. Burial in North Fork Memorial Cemetery.
