Calvin Lewis Honaker, 63, of Alderson, died at 7 a.m. Friday in an Alderson nursing home after a long illness.

He was a retired farmer and a member of the Greenbrier Baptist Church in Alderson.

Born in Alderson April 19, 1906, he was a son of the late Calvin and Margaret Alderson Honaker.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nellie Mae Honaker; three sons, Calvin Lewis Jr. of Gladstone, Va., Billey Earl and Lee Roy, both of Alderson; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Lemons oF Ronceverte and Mrs. Margaret Brookman of Alderson; four sisters, Mrs. Roy Kincaid of Alderson, Mrs. Gertrude Bresenham of Rupert, and Miss May Honaker and Mrs. Effie Brewer both of Charleston.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Old Greenbrier Baptist Church with Rev. A.L. Holland in charge. Burial will be in the Clayton Church Cemetery.

The body will remain at the Lobban Funeral Home in Alderson where friends may call afte 5 p.m. today and will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.

Alderson (RNS)-Calvin Lewis Honaker, 63, of Alderson died at 7 a.m. Friday in an Alderson nursing home after a long illness.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nellie Mae Honaker; three sons, Calvin Lewis Jr. of Gladstone, VA; Billey Earl and Lee Roy, both of Alderson; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Lemons of Ronceverte and Mrs. Margaret Brookman of Alderson; four sisters, Mrs. Roy Kincaid of Alderson, Mrs. Gertrude Bresenham of Rupert and Miss May Honaker and Mrs. Effie Brewer, both of Charleston.
