Eunice Cotton Sanderson, 77, Pateros, died Sunday at the Brewster hospital.

She was born May 26, 1904, in Bruce, SD. She married Kenneth L Sanderson in Seattle, Feb. 9, 1957. They moved from Seattle in April 1957 to Twenty-five Mile creek on Lake Chelan. Both worked for the US Forest Service until 1969.

Following retirement, they lived in the Lake Chelan area and spent the winters in Southern California and Arizona. They moved to Pateros several years ago.

Mrs. Sanderson was a member of the Senior Citizens in Brewster.

Survivors include her husband, at the home; one son, Curtis, C Holm, Norco, Calif; one daughter, Merlynn Rosendahl, Salem, Ore.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred (Doris) Cougill, Ryegate, Mont.; three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Roland Holm, in April 1957.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 6 at 2 pm from the Barnes Chapel, Brewster with Rev. Roger Hornbeck officiating. Interment will be in the Pateros Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to a favorite charity. Arrangements by Barnes Chapel, Brewster.
