ST. GEORGE, UT. Verda Farnsworth Jensen Page Blake, our loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2004, at her home, in St. George, UT. She was born March 31, 1910, to Alma Steven and Mary Elizabeth Turner Farnsworth in Lyman, UT. Verda married Raymond G. Jensen in Salt Lake City, UT, in 1928. In 1938, they moved to Salina and built the Day and Nite Inn. In 1943, she married Daniel Geary Page and later moved to Southern Utah in 1947. She moved to St. George in 1959 after marrying Milo Blake. She married Fred Jacobson in 1985. She is survived by her children, June (Calvin) Rassmussen, of Salt Lake City, UT, Barbara (Normand, deceased) Laub, of Beryl, UT, Sherlene (Dennis) Clove, of St. George, UT, Harold Gene (Daphne) Jensen, of San Antonio, TX, and Daniel Thomas (Elna Rae) Page, of St. George, UT; 18 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren; and 35 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands; two grandchildren; four sisters; and three brothers. Funeral services held Saturday, October 16, 2004 at the Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel, 110 S. Bluff St., St. George. Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery. Arrangements are made under the direction of Spilsbury Mortuary
