The victims of Yellowstone's first drownings, John Fogerty and Thomas P. Parker,....died on August 15, 1883, and were buried a year later by a relative, Dan Parker. The two were buried in graves three and four. Today only a single footstone with the initials T.P.P. and J.F. marks the site."
