Ella Augusta Walrack is the daughter of George and Lucinda Jane Heath Walrack. On 17 Nov 1903 Ella married Embrick Olson Julson and together they had six children: Matilda, David, Earl, Oatis, Pearl and Ralph. After Embrick died, Ella then married Herman Ihous.

Mrs. Ella Julson Ihus, 65, of this village, died Thursday, January 12 at a Dodgeville hospital following a short illness.

Mrs. Ihus was born February 9, 1894, in the town of Waldwick, Iowa County. She was the daughter of George and Lucinda Walrack. With the exception of a short time in northern Wisconsin, she spent her entire life in this area and residing in the Blancharville vicinity after her marriage to Herman Ihus.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Pearl (Orville) Folkedahl of Blanchardville; three sons, Dave and Earl Julson of Montana and Ralph Julson of Utah; six brothers, Riley, William, James, Dewey and Alvie Walrack, all of Blanchardville and Chandler of Montana; two sisters, Mrs. Milo E. (Mae) Swenson of Mt. Horeb and Mrs. Olaf (Annie) Ihus of Blanchardville, and seven grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, January 16, at 1:30 p.m. at the Saether funeral home with Rev. T. Kleven officiating. Burial was in Graceland cemetery.

Pallbearers were Andrew Ayen, Gilbert Thompson, Selmer Ayen, Amos Syse, Rudy Schraepfer and Oscar Eidsmoe.
