He was born in Fort Mill, South Carolina January 16, 1923 to Frederick and Florence Beam St. Clair.
He was a Marine veteran of World War II, a retired Duke Power Company supervisor and a member of First Baptist Church in Fort MIll.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Tommie Edmisten St. Clair and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at Hampton Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Raymond Hendrix. Burial followed in the Mount Lawn Memorial Park and Gardens.
Hampton Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.
