HURLEY JACKSON TURNER DIES IN HOSPITAL
Hurley Jackson Turner, 70, of Philadelphia community, passed away at St. Elizabeth hospital in Hannibal, Friday morning, July 23. He had been in failing health for sometime.
Son of James W. and Martha McGlasson Turner, he was born January 2, 1884.
A farmer by occupation, he recentiy had retired.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Emden Christian church. Burial was in Andrew Chapel cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Fern Turner and one sister, Mrs. Bell Brown, both of the home. His wife, one son and one daughter preceded him in death.
