Mrs. Nellis is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Myron Felton of Amsterdam, and Mrs. Clarence Baker, of Schenectady; one son, Lester Fonda, of Johnstown; four step sons, Howard, Andrew, Grant and Harrison Nellis of Johnstown; two brothers, Charles and John Copp of Amsterdam, and three sisters, Mrs. William DeForest of Cranesville; Mrs. John Firth of Amsterdam, and Mrs. John Hayward of Johnstown."
Note: More errors?, Mrs Myron Felton should be Mrs. Myron Filkins. Who is Mrs. Clarence Baker? The only other daughter I know of was, Ella Fonda, who in 1910 census, was single, living with her sister, Cora Filkins.
2nd note: The stone added to Stewart's memorial says 1855, not 1853 but according to Albany Rural Cem burial card and Alms House index he was born in 1861.
