Arlene E. Nulf, 88 of La Porte, Ind., died Friday, August 3, 2012 at I.U. Health LaPorte Hospital .
She was born June 10, 1924 in LaPorte County.
Arlene was married on December 12, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Tex., to Clarence O. Nulf who survives.
Surviving are her husband; Clarence O. Nulf of La Porte, son; Lynn E. Nulf of Lafollette, Tenn.., daughter; Pat Barnard of Valparaiso, Ind.., son; Eddie Krivanek of Wichita, Kansas., son; Derreck Krivanek of Goshen, Ind., granddaughter; Brandy Goins of Tenn., brothers; Robert Barthel of South Bend, Ind., sisters; Winifred Studebaker of Ft. Wayne, Ind. and Alta Ann Chrapliwy of South Bend.
She was preceded in death by her mother; Beatrice Irene Lehker; sisters, Donna Barthel and Janet Krivanek.
Friends will be received to visit with the family from 10:30 - 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at the La Porte Missionary Church, 104 E. 18th Street, La Porte.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the La Porte Missionary Church, with Rev. Carl Galloway Officiating. Cremation has been entrusted to Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LaPorte.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Michiana Humane Society, 722 Indiana Highway 212 Michigan City, IN 46360 or to Riley Hospital for Children, 705 Riley Hospital Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
