She married John Anthony Woolf, on 8 May 1884, in the Salt Lake City Endowment House. He is the son of James Woolf and Malinda Euphemia Bradley Woolf. John and his parents are also from Hyde Park.
John and Amelia became the parents of 12 children.

John passed away in Idaho Falls on 19 April 1937 and following his passing, she went to live with their daughter Arvilla. Amelia passed away after a stroke on 16 June 1951.
