MRS. JOHN R. (BUSTER) BEAVIN, 62, of 6651Sylvania Road No. 5, died at 10:35 a.m. Friday at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was the former Mary Elizabeth Mattingly, and was a native of Cloverport, Ky. Survivors besides her husband include two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Carrico and Mrs. J. H. Pilkerton; two sons, Lawrence O. (s/b Oldham) and Ray Beavin; 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, 7718 Columbine Drive, with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. The body will be at Owen Suburban Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, after 6 p.m. Saturday.
