DEATH TAKES RUTLAND MAN

WILLIAM BOLAND TO BE BURIED FROM SACRED HEART CHURCH FRIDAY.

William Boland, 45, died at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at his home in Rutland after two days illness.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Sacred Heart church Friday morning at 9 o'clock with Rev. Lyle Sheen officiating.

Mr. Boland was the son of John and Elizabeth Boland and was born January 24, 1900, at Toluca.

On July 26, 1921, he and Catherine Mehelcic were married in Rutland where they have lived since that time.

His wife and the following children survive;
William, Jr., at home,
Donald, of St. Charles,
Elizabeth, Peoria,
Rose Ann,
Annette,
and Gloria Jean, at home.
Francis died during her senior year of high school.
His mother, of Toluca,
and four brothers,
John,
Andrew,
Edward,
and Thomas, all of Toluca,
and one sister,
Mrs. Jane Mills of Pontiac, also survive.

Mr. Boland was a member of the Sacred Heard church.
