Abel Arturo Lujan, 29, died Sept. 29, 2005, in Phoenix, Ariz.
He was born Feb. 3, 1976, in El Paso, Texas, to Dorothy Brown and Jose R. Lujan. He moved to Klamath Falls in 1988 from Mexico.
Abel was proud of his Hispanic heritage and he was a descendant of the Klamath Tribes. His three sons were the love of his life.
He loved going to Mexican dances with his cousin Ontonial and dancing with his mother.
He also enjoyed basketball, fishing with family and friends and working on cars with his brothers and friends.
Abel is survived by brothers, Ramiro Jr. Lujan and Edgar Lujan, both of Klamath Falls; three sons, Deven, Antonio and Chance Lujan, all of Klamath Falls; uncles and aunts, Isabel Lujan of El Paso, Texas, Oscar and Velia Mendoza of Mexico, Ruben and Ma. Luisa Lujan of Juarez, Mexico, Rafael and Evangelina Lujan, Alvaro and Elena Alicia Chavez, Rigoberto and Sandra Lujan, Manuel and Mary Leyua and Irma Reyes, all of El Terrero, Mexico, and Ana Ma. Lujan of Mexico; nieces, Ashley Baker, Ana Lujan and Talia Lujan, all of Klamath Falls; nephew, Kaden Lujan; and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is also survived by special friends, Christina Ford, Susan Ford, Crystal Pranghofer, Sheila Snyder and Vydell Herrera.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ramiro Jr. Lujan; grandparents, Abel and Estela Lujan; aunts, Consuelo Lujan and Lila Amos; uncle, Gonzalo Reyes; and cousins, Bobby Amos, Tico Lujan, Hugo Lujan and Lazaro Neftaly Loya.
