TAIT, WILLIAM JR. - Of Thayer, died at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 1979, at Memorial Medical Center, age 63. Survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Griffiths of Munster, Ind., Mrs. Elizabeth "Jane" Baines of Thayer, and Mrs. Ellen Kichinko of Dayton. Remains are at Berry Funeral Home, Virden, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday. Services there at 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Alvin Chiti officiating. Burial in Auburn cemetery.
