She was employed by Hanover Foods Corporation in Hanover and was a 1985 graduate of South Western High School and was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Hanover
Surviving in addition to her parents are one son, Zachary A. Garlick and her companion, Allen Garlick of New Oxford; one brother, Kenneth Fanus of Hanover; one sister, Christina Hurst of Chesapeake, VA; one step-brother, Darrell Kehr of Spring Grove; one step-sister, Tiffany Selby of Jacksonville, FL; maternal grandmother, Catherine Gouker of Hanover.
