Rev. Carl Munyon was a member of the American Legion and the Air Force Security Forces Association. He retired from the Air Force as a MSgt. In his ministry, Carl was a pastor of six churches and associate pastor of Benton United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Lela Munyon, brothers Harold Davis and Mervin Davis. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda Munyon, sons Larry Munyon and wife Lorraine, David Munyon and wife Sharon and Victor Robért and wife Dawn, sisters Myna Donnell and Maxine Weeks, brother Dwayne Munyon, grandchildren Samantha Munyon, Sierra Grace Robért and Audrey Faith Robért.
Pallbearers will be the United States Air Force. Honorary pallbearers will be The Grumpy Old Men Sunday School Class.
Everyone who knew Rev. Carl Munyon loved and admired him. He served his country for 60 years and the Lord all his life.
The family would like to thank Willis Knighton North ICU and Promise Hospital for the care they gave to him.
