Kennedy of Charlotte and Mrs. A. P. Hart of Austin, Tex.; three sons, Lewis Lovern, Melvin Lovern and Ray T. Lovern of Charlotte; four sisters, Miss Blanche Allen, Miss Elsie Allen and Miss Oveline Allen of Greenville, S. C., and Mrs. Y. J. Vogies of Lowell; and a brother, Ben O. Allen of Anderson, S. C.
