Mrs. Ida Grubaugh
Galion - Mrs. Ida Grubaugh, 86, of 145 South Street, died at 2:50 pm Monday in the Mansfield home of a son, Tulley Grubaugh at 164 South Diamond Street where she had been visiting for two weeks. Mrs. Grubaugh has been in ill health for five years. A native of Ashland, she moved here 56 years ago. Her husband, David Grubaugh, died August 16, 1916.
Mrs. Grubaugh was a member of First Lutheran Church here and leaves two other sons, Ralph and Howard of Galion; a daughter, Mrs. Albert Rudd, of Cleveland; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Smith of Ashland; a brother Elmer Brothers of Ashland; 10 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. Rites will be held at 3:30 pm Thursday in the Snyder funeral home with her pastor, Rev. Herbert S. Garnes, Jr., officiating. Burial will be Fairview cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
