Daniel Frank (Danny) Endris, age 71 of Pleasureville died Wednesday, June 20 2012 at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. He was born in New Albany, Indiana, and was the son of the late Frank and Marie Heilig Endris. He was a farmer, a member of Point Pleasant Christian Church, and a member of Pleasureville Masonic Lodge # 410, Lockport Masonic Lodge #772, Order of the Eastern Star, Carl Adams Chapter #490, and the Louisville Scottish Rite.
He is survived by his wife: Beverly Shelton Endris of Pleasureville; two sons: Timothy Kent Endris of Cynthiana and Daniel Scott Endris of Florida; one daughter: Stacy Kennedy of Eddyville; two brothers: James Endris of Salem, Indiana and Richard Endris of Campbellsburg; five grandchildren: Billy Endris, Coty Endris, Ally Gabbard, Aaron Goodwin, and Zachary Sturgeon; one great-grandchild: Alexia Myers; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Point Pleasant Christian Church with Rev. Kenneth Hardway and Rev. Larry Childress officiating. Interment in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation 4 - 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2012 at the church with Masonic Services at 7 p.m.
Honorary bearers include Marvin Atchison, Tom Ferguson, Paul Dean Heightchew, Bob Miller, Woodrow Parrish, Dennis Rutledge, Billy Joe Stivers, and Elmer Thompson.
Pallbearers include Chris Booth, Ronnie Golden, Clyde Morgan, Allen Nolin, Ben Spencer, and Bob Wolf.
