Daughter of Dr. Madison Tyler Moore and Mary Emily Webb Moore. She was predeceased by her 7 year old son Charles Moore Brashear and her husband, Charles Hall Brashear.
Obituary:
"The remains of Mrs. Anna Brashear arrived here Tuesday from New Iberia,
where she died while visiting her daughters, Mrs. John and Neal McCorkle. She
was buried in New Salem Cemetery in her family lot.
Mrs. Brashear was about 57 years of age. She leaves four daughters and
one son to mourn her loss.
This community has lost one of its most prized citizens, one who was loved
by all who knew her."
