Barbara F. Alpaugh (nee Cunningham ), 73, of Elyria, died Sunday, November 6, 2022 at UH Elyria after a brief illness.
She was born July 11, 1949 in Huntingdon, TN and had been a Elyria resident for the past 4 years moving from Brunswick.
Barbara worked for Ford Motor Co. in Lorain for over 10 years retiring in 1985 .
She enjoyed taking drives to appreciate the scenery fall and winter and bird watching.
She is survived by her son, Derrick Cunningham; daughter, Lora Adams; sister, Shirley L. McGuire; brother, Steve R Cunningham, sister, Judy Cunningham; granddaughters, Ashley, Laura, Erin, Ella and 6 great granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren R. Alpaugh; son, Eric Cunningham; father, Williford "Troy"; niece, Patti Boose.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
