She graduated from Forest Grove High School, and was a homemaker in Cottage Grove and Forest Grove before moving in 1993 to Albany, OR. In the early 1930s, she married Glenn A. Cody; they divorced. She married Robert S. Bullock in 1946; he died in 1987. Survivors include her son, Jerry Cody; daughters, Janice St. John, Joann Sproul, Judith Lanter and Mary Lessley; stepdaughters, Evelyn Hotchkiss, Vicki Johnson and Bonnie King; 29 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren. Her daughter Roberta S. Bullock died in 1962.
