Born March 7, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA, she was a daughter of the late Myron C. and Ebba Gardelius Larrabee.
She was a nurses aide in Cedar city, UT, for many years. She moved to SC in 2000 and was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Myrtle Beach.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie W. Barben; sons, Frederick P. Barben and Terry L. Barben, and is survived by sons Steve Barben of Colorado Springs, CO, Ralph and Gary Barben of Socastee, SC and Joan Barben of Parowan, UT.
A graveside service will be held at Enoch City Cemetery, Enoch, UT, Thursday, September 30th, 2004, at 11:00 A.M
