William T. Bobb, 70, died Aug. 9, 2012 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Fort Pierce. He was born in Washington, D.C., and lived in Martin and St. Lucie counties for 13 years, coming from Waldorf, MD.

He served as a dispatch unit civilian employee of Prince George's County Police Department. He was a member of the Stuart Rod and Reel Club and former president of Port St. Lucie Anglers Club.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Mary P. Bobb of Port St. Lucie; daughter, Barbara J. Bobb of Lusby, MD; sons, William E. Bobb of Port St. Lucie and James R. Bobb of Crownsville, MD; sister, Linda Zamparelli of St. Petersburg; brothers, Brian E. Bobb of San Diego and George L. Lane of Fairfax, VA; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services: Inurnment will be at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Bladensburg, MD. Arrangements are by Forest Hills-Byrd, Young & Prill Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie.
