JAMES RAY CHARTER

James Ray "Jamie" Charter, 19, a former Gainesville resident was killed in an accident Tuesday in Craig, Colo.
He was born June 12, 1960 in Perryton (TX), son of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Charter, who survive him.
Other survivors are brothers, Kenneth Wayne McClellan and Rickey Eugene Charter; grandmothers, Charlotte Charter and Jewel Harbin.
