Clyde Leroy Anderson was born on 1 Feb 1907 in Ammon, Bonneville, ID, USA to Thomas Christian Anderson and Mary Ann Or Annie Tabitha Petersen Anderson.

He married Constance "Connie" Porter on June 3, 1933 in Cache Co. Utah, USA. She is the daughter of Fred C. Porter and Stella M. Jeppson Porter. Clyde & Connie are the parents of 8 children; Mary Lou, Thomas, Lynne, Christian, Ann, Faye, Jerry and Brian Anderson.

Clyde worked for the Department of Energy and was on an assignment to Pakistan at the time of his death. He died in a fatal plane crash on April 8, 1954 when his British Airliner crashed into the Mediterranean Sea while in route to Pakistan. His body was returned to the United States and he was buried in the Ammon (Bonneville Co., ID) Cemetery, with a graveside service.

Clyde was survived by his wife Constance "Connie" Porter Anderson [linked below] and his children [names deleted; those who followed him in death are linked below].

Clyde was preceded in death my his infant son, Brian Anderson (27 Jul-28 Jul 1948).
