Death Tuesday afternoon last week of Town Manitowoc resident, widow Emilie
Gllters(sic) at age 74 years 6 months, from a foot illness which became
inflamed. She had come to America in 1848 and since that time was a Town
Manitowoc resident. Her husband preceded her in death 20 years ago. She is
survived by 7 children, 22 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. The
funeral was held Friday afternoon from the Reformed Church here.
