Milton was the son of Benjamin and Pearl Eithelbaum Warner.
He was the brother of: Harry Warner, Albert Warner, David Warner, Samuel Warner, Jack Warner, Mrs. David Robbins, and Mrs. H. B. Charmas. Milton was to graduate with the Rayen High School (Youngstown, OH) Class of 1915 when his death occured. He had suffered an attack of appendicititis. Milton was operated on at the Youngstown Hospital. He did not grow better after the operation, so he went through another operation. Miton died the day after his second operation.

Milton was a popular student and athlete at Rayen High School. He played football and basketball. He was also interested in Field and Track.

He was a brother of the famous "Warner Brothers".
