Kevin W. Genschoreck, age 52, of Fort Collins, Colo. died Aug. 3, 2012 at home. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service and celebration of Kevin's life will be held on Friday, Aug.10 at 10 a.m. at Wellington Community Church, Wellington.

Kevin was born Sept. 12, 1959 to Billie and Elizabeth (Tholl) Genschoreck. He spent his childhood days in Lincoln, Neb.; lived briefly in Hanover and Marietta, Kan.; and came to Fort Collins when he was 17. He graduated from Poudre High School in 1979 and attended UNC in Greeley. Kevin enjoyed camping, especially with his dogs, Doc and King. He was a practical joker and had a great sense of humor. He was also a very generous man and had a positive attitude about life! He was unconditionally accepting and caring of everyone he met.

Kevin worked as a title examiner for 20 years and more recently, was employed by the Poudre School District as a custodian. Along the way, he enjoyed buying, reconditioning and reselling campers. For the past 10 years, Kevin owned and operated a vending machine business that served many happy customers.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, most recently his mother, whom he missed quite dearly, and who passed away just this past November.

Kevin is survived by two sisters: Carmen (Earl) Spitsnogle of Odell, Neb.; Cindy (Mike) Ollila of Wellington; his brother Todd (Kathy) Genschoreck of Fort Collins; aunts and uncles Butch Bruna, Fran and Horace Edwards, Mike and Deb Tholl, and Ron and Norma Raeber; several nieces and nephews and his special friend and companion - his little dog, Dilbert.
