Born August 8, 1947 in Lansing, the son of the late Gareth and Elizabeth Harte, passed away suddenly on August 5, 2012 at the age of 64. Lary retired from Melling Drop Forge after 30 years of service. He spent the next 15 years serving as a Camp Ranger for the Michigan Capitol Girl Scout Council in Wacousta. He enjoyed helping people, liking nothing more than to be outdoors and/or tinkering with a motor. He was frequently found assisting friends, neighbors and extended family. Surviving to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Diane; daughters, Dana (John) Caloia and Denjah Harte; and his granddaughters, Heather Harte and Noelle Caloia.
