MRS. W.L. BAKER, CLIFTON HILL, DIES; WIDOW OF EDITOR
Mrs. Minnie Harlan Baker, 80, of Clifton Hill, formerly of Moberly, died at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon at McCormick Hospital, where she was taken yesterday morning. Mrs. Baker was the widow of W.L. Baker, former editor and publisher of the Clifton Hill Rustler, who died about five years ago. She worked many years for the Carpenter Jewelry Company here, and lived in Clifton Hill for the past 28 years.
She is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Lester Harris, Waterloo, IA; a step-grandchild; and a brother, J. W. Harlan, Temple, Texas.
The body will be taken to her home in Clifton Hill tomorrow morning. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Clifton Hill Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Moberly.
