James DeLacey, 94, of 633
Fife, died Wednesday in a local
hospital. A native of Canada, he
came to Tacoma in 1873. He was
a retired realtor and a member of
the methodist church. He is sur-
vived by a daughter, Mrs. Clara V.
Wharton, and a son, Frank De-
Lacey, both of Tacoma; five grand-
children and nine great-grandchil-
dren. Funeral announcement will
be made by C.C. Mellinger.
