Last rites for Mrs. May Lafferty, 64, widow of John Lafferty, who died last Thursday, were conducted Sunday afternoon at the residence in Eckhart by Rev. Sidney Aldrich, pastor of Eckhart Baptist Church. The church choir sang "By Cool Streams Shady Rill," and Mrs. W. D. Reese, Frostburg, sang "Goodnight Beloved". Burial was in Eckhart Cemetery, with John Watson, Harold Dudley, William Filsinger, Earl O'Brien, Allen Stewart and Leo LaPorta. Among those attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Elon Horchler and son, Frederick, of New Castle, Pa.; Henry Horchler and Mrs. Albert Floor, McKees Rock, Pa., and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bulgrin, Akron.
