Mrs. Katherine L. Truman, 87, who had resided with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William S. Truman, 1437 Onondaga Ave., Akron, died Monday afternoon in Roker Nursing Home, Alliance, following a lengthy illness.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Surviving are the son, William S., Akron; a daughter, Mrs. Harry B. Showalter, Sandusky; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Ebert, Sandusky, and Ralph Ebert, Ft. Wayne, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. Vern Parker, South Bend, Ind., and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George S., in September 1966, her parents, a brother and eight sisters.
